What Tangent is
Talk first.
Short blind conversations with other UofT students — text (about ten minutes) or voice (about six), in a shared 9 pm window. No swiping, no browsing, no cold DMs. You meet the person, not the profile, and you both vote in private afterward: only a mutual yes reveals anything.
